To allay your fear of losing your money, we guarantee that the ant species you ordered will arrive in the colony size you ordered. A few dead animals may occur during transport and this is acceptable. However, if not only individual workers die but queens also arrive dead, please contact us and we will replace the ants (you only have to cover the shipping costs). If we no longer have this ant species in stock, you will receive a credit note from us for the value of the ants you previously ordered. To avoid conflicts and to make refunds easier, we ask you to record an unedited video when you open the package. This will make the refund process easier and faster. If the ants you ordered are not mated (only males emerge from the eggs laid), we will replace them too!
